Shipping Policy

MAISON NGUYEN takes great care in preparing and shipping every order. All jewellery is packaged securely and shipped using insured, trackable delivery services appropriate for the value and nature of the order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — CANADA

MAISON NGUYEN offers complimentary insured express shipping within Canada on all jewellery orders.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Production timelines for made-to-order pieces are separate from shipping timelines and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Signature Upon Delivery

All MAISON NGUYEN jewellery shipments require a signature upon delivery.

For your protection, packages cannot ordinarily be left unattended or delivered without a signature. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the provided delivery address.

MAISON NGUYEN is responsible for the package while it is in transit and until delivery has been completed in accordance with the carrier's delivery procedures.

Once the package has been delivered and signed for, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

MAISON NGUYEN is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

Insurance During Transit

All jewellery shipments are insured against loss, theft, and accidental damage while in transit, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable carrier and insurance provider.

If a package appears damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please notify the delivery carrier and contact MAISON NGUYEN as soon as possible.

Delivery Delays

MAISON NGUYEN does not guarantee carrier delivery dates or times. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, customs or regulatory requirements, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a shipment is returned to MAISON NGUYEN because delivery could not be completed, including because the recipient was unavailable, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any applicable re-shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MAISON NGUYEN offers insured express international shipping to select destinations.

International shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, applicable regulations, insurance requirements, and the nature and value of the jewellery being shipped.

All international shipments are sent to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

Once an international shipment has been dispatched, the customer will receive tracking information where available.

MAISON NGUYEN is not responsible for delays caused by international carriers, customs authorities, import procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all applicable:

import duties;
customs duties;
VAT or GST;
sales or other applicable taxes;
tariffs;
brokerage fees;
handling fees;
customs clearance charges; and
other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.

MAISON NGUYEN does not collect or determine these charges in advance and cannot guarantee the amount that may be assessed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for determining applicable import requirements and charges before placing an international order. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for information specific to your destination.

International shipments and commercial documentation will accurately reflect the nature and value of the goods. MAISON NGUYEN will not declare merchandise as a gift or provide inaccurate or altered values for customs purposes.

Customs Delays or Seizure

International orders may be subject to inspection, delay, or other action by customs authorities.

If an international shipment is detained or seized by customs authorities, MAISON NGUYEN will work with the customer and relevant carrier or authorities to determine the appropriate next steps.

MAISON NGUYEN cannot guarantee that customs authorities will release a shipment or that an international order will clear customs.

If an order is returned to MAISON NGUYEN because it could not be delivered or cleared through customs, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping, customs, duties, taxes, and re-shipping costs.

Any refund for an order returned from an international destination will be subject to MAISON NGUYEN's applicable cancellation and final-sale policies and will only be considered once the jewellery has been received by MAISON NGUYEN in its original condition.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting an order.

MAISON NGUYEN is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply where a shipment must be redirected or re-shipped.

HIGH-VALUE ORDERS

Due to the value and nature of our jewellery, MAISON NGUYEN may require additional delivery procedures for certain orders, including enhanced insurance, identity or address verification, signature requirements, or specialized courier arrangements.

These requirements may vary depending on the destination and value of the order.
