Return Policy

Order Cancellations

All Maison Nguyen jewellery is made available in limited quantities and prepared specifically for each order. All sales are final.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Maison Nguyen at contact@maisonnguyen.ca. Approved cancellations will be issued as Maison Nguyen store credit.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, orders cannot be cancelled and will be processed as placed.

Returns

Due to the nature and value of our jewellery, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Before purchasing, clients are encouraged to contact Maison Nguyen with any questions regarding diamond specifications, ring sizing, materials, or the details of a particular piece. Our team is available to assist with your purchase and ensure you are comfortable with your selection.

Jewellery that has been worn, altered, resized, engraved, damaged, or otherwise modified is not eligible for cancellation or return under any circumstances.

Maison Nguyen reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, cancellation, or other request where the conditions of this policy have not been met.

Custom Sizing & Alterations

If a ring requires sizing or another alteration after purchase, please contact Maison Nguyen. Any alteration or resizing will be assessed individually and may be subject to an additional charge.

High-Value Purchases

For purchases of exceptional value, Maison Nguyen may contact the client prior to fulfilment to confirm order details and arrange secure delivery or private collection.
